Working with Lisa Jansen to purchase our home was an awesome experience! Lisa was beyond patient with us and also very flexible with our hectic schedules! She helped guide us through the process by providing us with all the information we needed and also answering all of the questions we had! Lisa kept our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. In the end we purchased a home and ended up in a great house in the perfect neighborhood for us! Lisa handled everything from showing the properties to bidding, contracts, inspections, repairs etc. all with a personal touch! Very interested in what we wanted and pleasant to work with. She impressed us to be at the top of her game! She knew how to negotiate costs, an to get the best overall agreement between us and the sellers. She worked expediently with all the inspections, repairs personally. She had our home ready to go for us the day we signed on the dotted line!
