About Me
My name is Tina Polly, a real estate agent, based in Council Bluffs. I am a LOCAL selling residential real estate for 15+ years and have represented many buyers and sellers over the course of my career. I call Council Bluffs home, and have for my entire life. I am most passionate about two things- my family and Real Estate.
Real Estate Experience:
I have been licensed in the state of Iowa and Nebraska for over 15 years. I served on the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtor's board of directors since 2014 and will be acting President for 2022. I am committed to serving my clients with the best service possible. I will personally walk you through every aspect of the home buying or selling process and keep you and your best interest first. I work to educate my buyers and seller to make informed decisions, using my industry knowledge, market analysis, and technology. I specialize in working with REO (bank owned) properties and short sales. I am energetic and motivated to help you find a home or sell your home with professionalism, communication, and integrity.
About Me and My Family:
Having two boys, Logan and Graydon, who are my life. As a family, we love to be outdoors, either camping or at the lake on our jet skis. Spending time with my family is my biggest passion. I love to teach my boys about responsibility and money management through extreme couponing, when they’re not playing soccer!
The community and being involved throughout it, is also something about which I feel strongly. I have participated in the Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics, Autism Walk, March of Dimes, Mom’s Place, Micah House, Phillip’s Cupboard, Recycled Shoes, and I also organized the “Adopt a Street, Keep Council Bluffs Clean” effort for a street our NP Dodge office adopted. Most prominently, I have a heart for the children in our foster system. I have personally been the foster parent to over forty children, since 2004. We adopted our oldest son, Logan, after having him in our home as a foster child.
