She is very professional and thorough, covering every detail from market evaluation to listing the home to show the home and ultimately, to final closing. Shari went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. Her follow-up was impeccable as she called with feedback from every showing of the house. Beyond the great service Shari provided, she sold my house quickly (within a month of listing) and at the right price! I want to say that I have been away from Omaha for about 5 months. We have relocated to Savannah and where we have purchased a new home. The agent that sold us our new home does not compare to the service we received from Shari. Everyday I think about this. I think that we had a real winner as far as someone selling our house. Shari was unbelievably respectful, service oriented and I just want to say that Shari is a winner. We've received letters, cards and recently chocolates from Shari and it's just the idea that we've got such an excellent service from Shari. She listened to us, she looked at the house, she guided us to get it right, she sold the house very quickly and efficiently. We appreciated Shari very much and we hope you will appreciate Shari!

I was very pleased when Shari found a buyer for the house, but the adventure was just beginning. The house was vacant in August and later than usual closing date was agreed to help the buyers. Two days before the closing, on inspection of the house, I discovered what turned out to be a slow leak from the second floor that had produced not only extensive water damage to the first floor but the basement as well. Shari coordinated all the repairs. A new kitchen floor was needed, a new ceiling in the kitchen, new baseboards..well, you get the idea. I never dreamed that I could depend on my realtor for that level of service. In some ways, I still can't, but it's all true. She was ever optimistic, ever efficient, ever moving toward closing. I just got swept away in her energy. Believe me, you will not be disappointed in selecting Shari. I have bought/sold four houses in my lifetime and Shari is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever dealt with.
