Raised in Nebraska City by two midwest parents, Paul learned the value of honesty above all else, putting the client’s well-being before his own, and providing results by working hard and smart.
Paul provides Real Estate services to both buyers and sellers who value a dedicated, creative and thoughtful approach which leads to positive outcomes. Be it downsizing, homes with room to raise a family, first time home, investment properties or finding the perfect piece of land to build your dream home. Paul limits the number of active clients, so he may dedicate the time required to provide each with superb service. Protecting your interests is always his primary focus.
Paul has served his community in volunteer Board of Director positions with his local Chamber of Commerce, regional Tourism Agency and a Fine Arts Council. He has acted as a lay pastor sharing the gospel at a Senior Assisted Living Facility, a faith-based food distribution ministry, in a rural hospital as a volunteer Hospital Chaplain and as a Hospice Volunteer.
He has spent his entire career helping clients get what they want. With over 6 years of experience in real estate and a few decades of other self-employed experience, ranging from high-end corporate management recruiter, to owning a boutique wedding video company.
He is licensed to provide real estate services in Nebraska and California.
