I arrived in Omaha, my old hometown, with an idea of buying a condo to crash in for several months annually so that I could visit old friends without potentially over-staying welcomes. Nancy intuitively knew just what I needed, saved me from a possible mistake by pointing out things I didn't see, took care of all negotiations, helped me think things through, and earned herself a permanent invitation to the deck in my Midtown building with wine provided by me. In my opinion, with her you can't go wrong.

Nancy was wonderful in our search for our first home and then the exploration of seeing all the homes we had compiled out of interest. She was patient with us and courteous but was adamant on important items such as the home inspection and essence of time. We ran into a few minor glitches in regards to our closing and moving but Nancy was very flexible and communicative throughout the process.
