As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know where to begin. Molly showed me at least 50 homes before she found the one that was perfect for me. Only on the market for a day, she set everything up and had the offer in on the house that I wanted right away and made everything from offer to closing run without any issues. From securing financing until I got my keys, she was patient and thorough, making sure I didn't miss anything. I can't say enough about my experience with Molly. She was fantastic.

In an insane market to be buying a home, she made us feel confident through and through that we would find a great fit, and we did! She went above and beyond with being flexible for showings (even on New Year's Eve during an ice storm!), responded lightning fast at all times, and the champagne with a custom-label plus a custom framed photo to commemorate our first time buying a home really took her over the edge from great to phenomenal. She understands both the practicalities and sentimentalities of looking for a forever home. If you're looking for someone you can trust to look out for you, Molly is your lady.
