I have known Mel for around 8-9 yrs now. Mel is a very focused and hard working person with lots of good ideas on how to complete a task on her own as well as working with others. Mel volunteers her time with local school activities as well as an area swim team, which has helped those activities grow in very positive ways. She is a high-commitment person, always there, ready to help. When I contacted Mel to talk with her about someday selling our house, which probably will be at least 3 yrs from now, she made time to come over within a day to look around our property and to give very good, realistic ideas for me to think about. Mel has a very practical and comfortable approach -- it felt more like she was establishing more of a collaboration with me towards eventually selling than pushing me to sell. No pushing what so ever! She immediately helped me feel like she has our best interest at heart and established a working relationship that I already thoroughly trust. Not everyone can do this as quickly. Mel is very observant and gifted at connecting warmly and with respect. I look forward to continuing to talk with Mel about eventually selling our property and very highly recommend Mel for future real estate clients.

Amazing! Loved working with Melanie. She is dedicated, confident, hardworking and has the best interest of her clients at heart. When Melanie showed us a property, she took the time to look at each detail, the good and bad and discussed options. When we had a zoning question, she immediately researched the answer and got back to us. She doesn’t just throw any property at you, Melanie asks the questions, listens and targets those properties! There is no bull with Mel, she is a straight shooter. That is what I appreciate most about her. Highly recommend!
