We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell their home. He's not just a "stick a sign in your yard and host some open houses" type of real estate agent. He was thorough in the research of our area with comps and pricing. He uses new approaches to marketing your home and has several networks to get your listing out. Matt understood the pride we had in our home and was supportive and honest with advice during the entire process from listing to the negotiations with potential buyers. He is quick to respond with any questions and flexible with schedules and showings. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that will truly work for YOU Matthew is the way to go. During our search Matthew went above and beyond to help us understand each step of the process and even put us in touch with people he had worked in the past that he trusted. During home viewings Matthew took time to provide us his feedback about each place, not to sway us one way or another, but to make sure we were looking at everything we should. He drove back and forth from Blair to the area we were shopping in willingly and was always thoroughly engaged during each visit. Unfortunatly, the house we ended up buying was owned and sold by another agent so Matthew didn’t get anything from all the work he put in. However, he still kept in touch throughout our closing stages to make sure everything was good. This says a lot about him. He doesn’t care about the money but rather that his clients are happy and taken care of. That’s a very rare thing these days! Matthew will 100% be the person we call when we are looking to sell or buy in the future and will be the person we recommend any time someone asks.

My family and I were planning a move from out of state and had limited time to view houses, etc. Matt spent an entire weekend with my family, viewing house after house after house. Matt was amazingly attentive and very much in tune with what we were looking for in a home. He gave us 100% of his attention and did not try to sell us on anything that was not on our must have or wish list. He never rushed us or made us feel hurried during the process. If you are looking for a realtor who will bend over backwards to help you find the perfect home, Matt is who you want!! If you are considering selling our home, I would again highly recommend Matt.
