Working with Lisa Jansen to purchase our home was an awesome experience! Lisa was beyond patient with us and also very flexible with our hectic schedules! She helped guide us through the process by providing us with all the information we needed and also answering all of the questions we had! Lisa kept our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. In the end we purchased a home and ended up in a great house in the perfect neighborhood for us! I worked with Lisa Jansen Bartholow in February and March of 2015. I was moving from Fargo, ND to Omaha, NE and Lisa was AWESOME to work with. I had to drive down to Omaha for my house hunting 3 different times. Lisa was very patient with me and demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written. Lisa was fantastic in getting homes within my price range set up for me to look at. She always brought up some good points of each house I looked at and also pointed out issues that could be a problem for me in her mind. She had a very positive attitude of wanting to make me happy with the house I choose, it wasn't just a "SALE" for her. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Omaha, NE area.

Lisa was well informed and knowledgeable about what to look for in buying a property, ie : structural damage, location which would be resaleable, areas to look at for what we wanted. Lisa handled everything from showing the properties to bidding, contracts, inspections, repairs etc. all with a personal touch! Very interested in what we wanted and pleasant to work with. She impressed us to be at the top of her game! She knew how to negotiate costs, an to get the best overall agreement between us and the sellers. She worked expediently with all the inspections, repairs personally. She had our home ready to go for us the day we signed on the dotted line! We are grateful for the personal touch we received throughout the entire process! We will definitely use The Jansen Team for any future Real Estate needs.
