When your name was recommended to me as a potential realtor, you and I had not yet met each other. Our first week-end of house-hunting was laid out in a very efficient and organized plan. My strategy was to begin looking earlier than I needed to - just to get an idea of what was available in my price range. As we discussed each house we toured I knew I had a great realtor - a great woman. Leaning of a client's preferences is usually a longer process than you & I experienced. But you listened to me and quickly picked up on what I liked and didn't like. Julie, you have just the right mix of "professional and personal" for your clients. That eased my concerns over this whole process as it is the first time I am making the home-buying decision without the input of my spouse. The second week-end was also a very organized tour. You did not fill my schedule with viewing homes I could not afford. If it had not been for you being available and being aggressive we would have missed our opportunity. Within a 24 hour period of seeing the house come on the market - you had adjusted your already busy schedule, shown the house to me prior to the open house by the listing agent. That enabled me to be the first purchase agreement offered...and the rest of the story is that now I own the home - it is mine and I love it! I am so excited! Thank you SO very much!

Thanks to Julie's assistance our offer was accepted on the first home we decided to put an offer on! We strongly believe because of our strong offer with Julie's guidance and expertise, that is why our offer was accepted. Julie truly helped us as first time buyers learn the process, was patient and continued to guide us to making the best decision for our family. One thing we struggled with was the amount of paperwork that is sent via email instead of in person due to the pandemic. It does make one nervous that something will be missed or not filled out correctly, But with that, Julie did a wonderful job helping us, providing resources and ensuring we were up to date on everything. Communication was wonderful. Julie communicated through phone, email and what we loved most, was meeting in person. Julie always kept us well informed and was always quick to respond to our needs. We truly had a wonderful experience!
