When I first started in real estate, I had more than a few people tell me I would struggle because I have a customer service background and NOT a sales background. But I never have and never will look at real estate as a "sales job" - this is a customer service industry. I know what buyers and sellers are looking for: someone who will assist them through the process of buying and selling; someone who will be an advocate for the client every step of the way and act with integrity, and competence. They're not looking for a salesman. I’ve become that agent so my clients can get the benefit of high-level representation. I recognize that purchasing or selling a home could be the biggest financial decision someone will make in his or her entire lifetime. I promise to listen to your wants and needs through this exciting (albeit sometimes overwhelming) process and to help guide you (NOT “push” you) through the journey.
