I decided to sell my house almost a year before I put it on the market. I asked Inger if she would come over and give me her thoughts on what things I needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Honestly, she had no guarantee that I would choose her to be my agent. But Inger came over and went through the house with me and we discussed the things that were necessary to get top dollar. I worked on several things and asked her to come back again...she came right away!! My goal was to put my home on the market March 1, 2022. I didn't quite make that date, but Inger was so understanding and helpful in assessing things and cheering me on! She was also a great resource in giving me names of people who could help me out with the things I couldn't do myself. So, with all those people helping, I finally was ready to put the house on the market. Inger came in and worked her magic with some staging, pictures were taken and it went online on a Thursday. My house SOLD the next day! Inger worked hard to make sure I got the best price for her home and I fully trusted her to know her job. I would recommend Inger if you are wanting to sell your home! She will definitely be a blessing to you! Thanks again Inger! You made selling a home easy!!

Best Realtor Ever!! From the get go Inger was there to help us buying and then selling our house. From a couple that didn't know anything about the process we are so glad we met her! We seen her picture on a sign in a yard and she was there to take us under her wing and let us ask all the questions we had. Almost daily! Loved Inger getting daily texts from me. Right down to finding out where the outside water faucet was. She made it so easy for us and got the purchase and all the details done quick for us. She me t us the next day after we spotted the sign. It was on a Sunday. She returned my texts and phone calls right away and were able to make this deal in between ball games and family stuff.
