You provided an easy, friendly, helpful environment which allowed us to sit back and be assured that things would be taken care of. Those early morning phone calls were like contacting a family member. You always made us feel comfortable if we had a question. We attended an open house in Applewood several years ago. We were not really looking to make a move at the moment, but wanted to see what the market had to offer and get an idea about options. Julia engaged in a conversation with you and you provided her with some good information for us to consider if we ever did decide to get serious about moving. When we left that open house Julia said that you would be the "agent" that we could depend on to help us if we ever decided to make a move. A couple years ago, Julia reached out to you and you visited with us at our old home and provided some really sound advice. it still took some time for us to really decide that making a move would be the best decision for us. Once we made the decision we felt we were prepared due to some of what you conveyed to us in the past. Now, for the recent past, in helping us find a new home and selling our old one. You were the perfect person for Julia and I. A true professional in the real estate trade. You are personable, genuine, and caring. You helped us through this decision beginning years ago. We learned from those earlier meetings and felt we were prepared to do this. We also found that you have a really good sense of humor.
