Very knowledgeable about her profession and all the little things associated with buying a home such as the paperwork and EXPLAINING the paperwork. We were in a hurry to buy but Barb took the time to slow us down a little bit and find the home that would be best for us. She has so many resources available to her that many other realtors do not have and she is always more than happy to offer them to help, many times without having to ask her. Barb has helped put my girlfriend and I in a home that is perfect for us, and I am very grateful to have had her help throughout this process.
