There are so many wonderful things we could say about Arlene, I could write a book! Arlene started working with my husband and I back in 2014. At the time, we were just exiting the "honeymoon phase" of our marriage and we were ready to put down roots and buy a home. We reached out to Arlene and before we knew it we had looked at 10+ homes. Arlene was very patient with us; we were first time home buyers and we had TONS of questions. Shortly after we started looking at home with Arlene we had a few major tragedies and we had to put our home shopping on hold. I was extremely embarrassed to have to let Arlene know we had to stop looking for the time being, I felt like we had wasted so much of her time, but when I spoke with her she put my mind at ease. She was so kind and simply said she hopes everything works out for us and that when we were ready to look again to give her a call. Two years later and we reached out to Arlene again! I was so excited to hear from her and start working with her again! Not only did she remember our names, she remembered our hobbies and all she had learned about us from 2 years ago! She always made us feel like we were family and that she would do anything to help us find and buy the home of our dreams! In May of 2016 we found our DREAM HOME! Arlene helped us all the way through and because of her we could find exactly what we were looking for! Arlene will always be dear to our hearts! We appreciate all she did for us! Thank you!

I recently bought a house and my experience with Arlene was ideal. She was patient and knowledgeable, and most importantly never made me feel rushed or pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with. She was also transparent and helpful-- she let me know when a house probably wouldn't be the best for our needs, but went along with me to look at it anyway. Arlene was very good at explaining all of the legal things and procedures that I didn't understand, and I never felt uncertain or scared. Perhaps best of all, Arlene is fun to be with. She really made the whole process of buying a house very enjoyable.

We met Arlene as she sold a home for friends and helped them buy their dream home. She did such a wonderful job 3 years ago when we decided to build a home and sell our existing home she was the only agent we even considered calling. Arlene helped with the process of paperwork to build our new home. She was there every step of the building process and was a wonderful advocate for us. We had concerns about when to put our home on the market. Arlene frequently communicated with us about the homes in my area that sold. Arlene frequently told me her job was to help keep us calm and informed, she will do all the work, she did! Arlene helped us pick the perfect time to sell, she helped us stage our home and most importantly helped us price our home perfectly. We had offers in a couple of days!! She helped with all of the legal aspects of the selling process we wouldn't have been comfortable with. We would (and DO) recommend Arlene to anyone. She is an amazing person and we are lucky we got to work with her!

We were scheduled to see homes in Omaha during the Memorial Day weekend but prior to this, Arlene had sent us many different homes to browse over before we came. She was very easy to communicate with and was able to narrow down our preferences. When we finally met Arlene over the Memorial weekend, she was so welcoming and organized. We viewed over 20 homes that weekend. She listened to our preferences, our disappointments and always gave us time and space to discuss each home amongst ourselves. She never once pressured us in making a decision. We were finally able to narrow our choices down to 3 homes and made an offer before we left town. She worked around the clock to ensure deadlines were met when we had some hurdles with our lender. She walked us through every single step and went over and beyond to ensure that everything was done right. Even till this day, I still call on Arlene to give me recommendations on any home related issues and she always has contacts for many reliable companies that she has worked with in the past. Arlene Cohen is fabulous! Our family started looking for a new home 2007. After viewing many open houses, we met Arlene and it just clicked. Not with the house...but with Arlene, and our five year son agreed. We knew she was the one that would help us find a house that met our very picky specifications. Our home search was off and on over the years, but Arlene always kept in touch if she discovered a potential gem. Or we would call her if we located something interesting. Either way, she would have all the details and history on the house to help advise us in the decision making process. The years passed but our commitment to find “the one” stayed strong. We worried that we were wasting Arlene’s time, but she has a very personal touch and truly cares about her clients. Sending holiday greetings, quick “how’s it going, thinking of you“ messages and checking in with us when our son was hospitalized. Years passed and we kept telling Arlene that we would definitely buy a house some day. Well, after 12 years of looking and Arlene’s patience, market knowledge and guidance, we purchased the perfect house and moved in March 2020.
